We would like to extend a warm welcome to all lovers of walking and the countryside. Why not walk in friendly company? It’s the most pleasurable (and almost painless!) way to keep fit.

We are a local club, with no affiliations and with members of all ages and backgrounds. We have just celebrated our Centenary (2005) so what we don’t know about rambles around Bolton is not worth writing about! For a modest annual fee of £6.00 you can enjoy all the hidden delights of rural Lancashire and beyond by the best way there is – on foot.

We will introduce you to walks you never knew about and you can offer us your favourites.
